The Indians are more than just Wisconsin recruit Mike Caputo (2,626 rushing yards, 34 TD) and his game-changing ability on both offense and defense, though #7 will certainly make his share of significant impacts this coming season.  West A. landed a transfer in former Burgettstown QB Dylan Bongiorni (career 1,946 yards, 25 TD), who threw for 665 yards and 11 scores last season.  Also, key 2009 contributors Aaron McKinney (17 rec., 356 yds., 2 TD; 60 tackles), RB/LB CJ Revtai (18 rush, 2 TD; 59 tackles), DE Jesse Broda (47 tackles, 3.5 sacks) and RB Mike Cherokee (444 rush yards, 2 TD) will all help the Indians in their quest to defend their WPIAL championship.  West A. might be the best all-around AAA team in the WPIAL, and that’s saying something because the Parkway Conference, which claims the Indians, is loaded with good , solid football teams this year.
