Erie Cathedral Prep two-way athlete Shyquawn Pullium has three Division-1 offers to his credit, according to Rivals.com.  The site also reports that interest in Pullium is growing.

To date, Pullium has offers from Cincinnati, Maryland, and Toledo, and has drawn interest from Iowa, Pitt, and Purdue.

He’s listed under the defensive backs section of Rivals.com’s vast recruiting database.

Pullium was one of Cathedral Prep’s offensive catalysts last season, running for 721 yards and 11 touchdowns while completing 19-of-34 passes for 445 yards and five touchdowns.  Those stats, according to goerie.com, were through the first 10 games of the 2008 season.

Cathedral Prep finished 7-5 overall and averaged 31.3 points per game last season, falling to Erie Strong Vincent 28-0 loss in the District 10 “AAA” championship game.
