Canon-McMillan’s second defensive Division-1 recruit, safety Chad Hagan, is up to five Division-1 offers, according to Rivals.com.

The Big Macs’ other D-1 recruit, Mike Hull, has already verbally committed to Penn State.

Hagan boasts offers from four Big Ten schools:  Ohio State, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.  The fifth offer comes from Atlantic Coast Conference rep. NC State.

The 6’2, 210-pound Hagan runs a 4.45 in the 40-yard dash, according to his recruiting profile.

Other interested schools include Pitt, Penn State, Purdue, and West Virginia.

Canon-McMillan finished 6-4 last season, allowing an average of 15.3 points per game.  The Big Macs lost to Shaler, 16-0, in the opening round of the WPIAL playoffs.
