2012 Big School Offensive Player of the Year: Damion Terry, Cathedral Prep

bspotyo12westCathedral Prep is coming off a perfect season and where led by their field general, quarterback Damion Terry.

The Ramblers won 15 games which is a school record and their second state championship. They ended Central Bucks West 59-game winning streak in 2000.

Terry led his team in the PIAA 3A state title game against Archbishop Wood. Terry threw for 317 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Ramblers over Wood 24-14.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Michigan State recruit is coming off a season where he threw for 3,602 yards and 50 touchdowns. He also rushed for 704 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Terry finished his career passing for 7,266 yards and 91 touchdowns. Both are District 10 records.

He also did it with his legs. He finished his career rushing for 1,651 yards and 27 touchdowns.

 

Prep scored 701 points, an average of 46.7 points per game this season.
