Farrell won back-to-back District 10 Class A titles in a 34-7 win over Sharpsville.

Malcolm Hailstock rushed for 76 yards on eight carries and two touchdowns.

Kevin Brodie rushed for 67 yards on four carries and one score. He also threw one pass that went 54 yards for a score to Preston Jefferson.

Farrell (13-0) plays Clarion (10-3).

Clarion

Bubba Rue’s one-yard score with 5:42 remaining gave Clarion a 7-0 win over Coudersport in the District 9 Class A football championship game.

Clarion is the first team to allow just two points in their three-game run to the championship. They become the first team to not allow a touchdown in the D-9 Class A playoffs since the field was expanded to four teams. It now has eight teams.

The defense only gave up 213 yards of total offense and forced three turnovers.

Clarion (10-3) plays Farrell (13-0).

Clairton

Clinging to a one-point lead late in the fourth quarter, Clairton stopped Rochester tailback Trey Johnson’s two-point conversion. Clairton hung on to the 14-13 victory over Rochester to win the WPIAL Class A title.

Clairton (12-1) plays Conemaugh Township (11-1).
