Playoff Talk Class AAAA Week 14

State College

Alex Kenney caught a touchdown pass, ran for 85 yards, and intercepted two
fourth-quarter passes to lead State College over Woodland Hills 14-3 in a
PIAA Class 4A quarterfinal game at Mansion Park Stadium.

The Little Lions rushed for 208 yards on the ground. Colby Way added 43
yards and one score. Dom Mills rushed for 49 yards on eight carries.

Dom Mills completed 4 of 4 passes for 43 yards and one score.

The Little Lions had 248 yards of total offense and 17 first downs.

State College (11-2) plays Cumberland Valley (12-2).

Cumberland Valley

Cumberland Valley forced its fifth turnover of the night in the second
overtime when linebacker Kevin Snyder intercepted a Matt Johnson pass.
Travis Friend’s one-yard touchdown run in double overtime gave Cumberland
Valley a 34-27 win over the number one team in the state Bishop McDevitt.

Cumberland Valley had 366 yards of total offense.

Eric Sawyer completed 5 of 10 passes for 159 yards and one score. Kevin
Snyder rushed for 129 yards on 15 carries.

Cumberland Valley (12-2) plays State College (11-2).
